Shipping Policy

The products are shipped only upon full payment of the purchase price and delivery costs contribution as applicable. We will do our best to ship your order within 28 working days as from the date of receipt our order confirmation sent to your via email. Please note that due to the nature of the artisanal production process certain orders might require additional time to be dispatched. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of delivery delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders within Italy via well-known and reputable shipping providers. The domestic packages are are generally delivered within 4 to 5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping on all international orders. All international packages are sent via well-known and reputable shipping providers. Shopping providers feature tracking and get orders to all major markets generally in 5 to 8 business days.

Duties and taxes vary by country, and customers are solely and fully responsible for any customs or duties that may be assessed by their country when the package arrives at destination. Before placing your order make sure to check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. Please also note that local customs may open your package for inspection and transit times may vary due to customs delays. 

We are not responsible for orders that are not accepted due the failure to pay duties and taxes. In the event Import taxes on an international package are not paid upon receipt, the package will be returned to us.

For both domestic and international shippings we are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Please note that holidays and peak sales times may alter your shipment time. Please note that if the shipment is refused, the package is undeliverable, or the import taxes are not paid, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the return shipping and import taxes.
