Returns & Refund Policy

We hope that you are fully happy with your purchase. In the event you are not satisfied with your order you can request a refund within 15 (fifteen) days from the day the ordered items are received, as per the date that appears on the shipping company's receipt that was signed by the customer at receipt. We offer the following options: refund of purchase price minus a 5% restocking fee, exchange or store credit.

The items must be returned new, unwashed, unworn, with original tags, hygienic liner and in their original packaging. If, at our full discretion, the item has lost value due to any handling other than to ascertain the nature and characteristics of the product, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange of the product. We will not refund orders if the products returned by the customer do not correspond to those ordered, or if they originate from anywhere other than our website. Note that shipping costs contributions, where applicable, are non-refundable. Return handling, return shipping costs and any additional costs for exchange requests are at the customer's expense and under customer’s responsibility. Please note that items on sale cannot be returned neither exchanged.

Artisanal handmade embroidered items may carry slight differences or imperfections which are part of the charm of a handmade product, make the items unique and should not be seen as a fault. If you receive your garment and you think there is a defect you should send us an email to info@istellasluxecouture.com within 15 (fifteen) days as of the receipt of the item including the pictures of the deemed defective garment for our reference. Our team will review the pictures and we will notify you to the email provided at the moment of your purchase on the next steps.

Return process

The customer must inform us of the decision to return the products by sending a clear and precise email to info@istellasluxecouture.com with details about the items, the problem and amounts to be returned or the change you wish to proceed with, as well as the customer's name, shipping address, order number and email address within 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date of the purchased item.

Upon receipt of our confirmation via email in the form of a return authorization notice, please send the item you would like to return to the below address:

The items are under your responsibility until they reach our premises. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that tracks your parcel and insures you for the value of the goods. Please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the products to be returned.

Once we receive the returned items and check that the returned products meet all the above mentioned requirements we will send you an email confirming acceptance of your refund, exchange or store credit request. In the event the returned products cannot be accepted we will notify you and the items will have to de delivered back to you at your own expense. If you refuse the above we reserve the right to retain the returned product and the amount initially paid for the product.

Refunds will be made within 30 (thirty) working days as from the date of receipt of the returned item as it appears on the shipping company's receipt that was signed by us and upon verification by us that the conditions contemplated by the returns and refund policy have been fulfilled. The initial purchase price minus a 5% restocking fee and shipping costs contributions will be credited to the card used for the original transaction.

We do not offer refunds after 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of your product but we are happy to exchange any items or issue a voucher for store credit in our Website. If the price of the item you have chosen is inferior to your original order we will send you the new item on the arrival of your parcel and create a voucher for the remaining amount that will be emailed to you. If the price of the item is superior to your original order we will create a voucher for the full amount payed initially that will be emailed to you and you will be able to use this voucher to buy the new item. Vouchers are valid for 12 months  from the date of issuance.
